HTC Hero Eclair update gets delayed… Again..

Yep, you read it right. HTC have delayed the Eclair (2.1) update for the HTC Hero again. This time they have stated the June will be crunch time for the update. Although confirmation may be needed if that’s June 2010 or June 2012, at this rate.

Before the Eclair update, there will be a smaller update. That being a “initial preparatory update”.

HTC will be providing a free update to Éclair for European HTC Hero variants. Starting in June, anyone owning an HTC Hero will receive an initial preparatory update, shortly followed by the full Éclair update.
“For the full update, we would recommend using a free Wi-Fi hotspot or an unlimited data plan, otherwise standard data charges may apply.

I certainly will have to get out of my apartment far more and also avoid expending a lot of of my shift learning poker on myspace or facebook because lately i have been not been able to get up to date in regard to this. While I find it difficult to announce that I one hundred percent go along with every single expression, it is good to start reading some intelligent writings rather then the common crap I unearth floating all around the internet.
