If you’re the owner of a Samsung Galaxy Tab from Optus, you’ll be happy to know that Android 2.3 is now available for your wonderful tablet. We picked up on the update this morning and took us until tonight to confirm it is indeed Gingerbread, so jump onto Kies, hook your Galaxy Tab up and get updating!

The update is P1000OPSJP6 and apparently takes a while to download. Go for it.
