HTC EVO 3D and Sony Xperia Arc Ice Cream Sandwich update approved by Vodafone rollout to start soon

According to the Vodafone blog the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade for the Sony Xperia Arc and the HTC EVO 3D have both passed testing and are awaiting rollout by their respective manufacturers. The upgrade will see both the Sony Xperia Arc and HTC EVO 3D go from Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) to Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). How the updates will be rolled out remains to be seen, we’ll keep our eye on the Vodafone, Sony and HTC Blogs for further information and let you know as soon as we see any movement, if however you see something beforehand let us know in the comments.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.
