Telstra approves ICS update for Xoom 2 hopes to roll it out September 3rd

Telstra has advised that they have finished testing the Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Motorola Xoom 2 and are looking to make it available to tablets on the 3rd of September. Telstra announced back in June that they had received the update and it’s good to see it has now been approved.

Telstra testing completed. Motorola planning to make it available on 3rd of September

Phil noted in his review that the Xoom 2 would definitely benefit from the ICS update and now it is very close to rolling out to owners. We love to hear about updates so let us know in the comments, tweet us or email us when you see that Update notification and let us Ice Cream Sandwich runs on your tablet.
