Sony Xperia J now available from Sony Australia and AllPhones.


Earlier this year at the IFA trade show, Sony announced a range of new Andriod devices including the Xperia Tablet S, Xperia T and the Xperia J. Well finally after four months of waiting, the Xperia J is now available for purchase here in Australia.

  • 1 GHz Cortex-A5 Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon CPU
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 4 GB on-board storage(2 GB user available) with microSD Card Slot
  • 5MP Rear Camera with LED Flash, VGA Front Facing camera
  • Android OS, v4.0.4
  • 1700 mAh removable battery
    • Standby Time :Up to 607h (2G)/Up to 618 h (3G)
    • Talk Time : Up to 5 h 36 min (2G)/Up to 7 h 18 min (3G)
  • 124.3×61.2×9.2mm @ 124grams

AllPhones are stocking the Xperia J with the price of $259, if you would like to buy the Sony Xperia J from AllPhones you can head over to the AllPhones website, or you can also purchase the phone In-Store

Sony Australia have the Xperia J listed on their website at a price of $299, however it is currently listed as out of stock. You could always try one of the Sony Experience stores to see if they have any phones in-stock now.
