Daily App Sales Roundup – 03-04-13

If you’ve ever been stuck with full bars of network connection or full bars of a seemingly healthy Wi-Fi connection but are not receiving data or receiving it slowly then this Network Speed App could be a fantasitc addition to your Android device.

The app sits right in your notification tray and gives you a constant update on exactly how much data can be sent through your data connection at any one time. Tap on the notification and you’ll get a great representation of the network speed as well as statistics in great detail. You can also see a graph of upload and download speeds in real-time. You’ll also get details of the network you’re connected to such as the SSID, IP address, network type – UMTS, EDGE, GPRS – and daily and monthly downloads and uploads.

Avalable for free from Google Play the app is available for devices running Android 1.5 and upwards. At 43KB even the most stingey data connection should have enough to download this app. Give it a go and see what you think.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.
