Ausdroid Podcast 76 – July 9, 2013

Welcome to the 76nd episode of the Ausdroid podcast! This week we spent a while discussing the looming launch of the Huawei Ascend P6 in Australia, the LG Optimus G2 abroad and Optimus F5 here, HTC’s trials, tribulations and software updates. That was all a bit of a sideshow to get us to a discussion of Android’s recent security vulnerability issues – are you a member of the 99%?

Before discovering the Nexus One, Jason thought he didn't need a smartphone. Now he can't bear to be without his Android phone. Jason hails from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane depending on his mood and how detailed a history you'd like. He'd like to think he's a gamer, but his Wii has been in a box since he moved to Sydney, and his PlayStation Vita collection is quite lacking.
