Minuum Keyboard comes to .. Google Glass?

WHIRLSCAPE INC. - New Mobile Keyboard MinuumMinuum, makers of mobile device keyboards for Android phones, and things as obscure as smart watches, have jumped another level with the release of Minuum Keyboard for Google Glass.

Designed to be a minimal, one-line keyboard (as you can see in the image above), I suppose it was only logical that it would find its way onto other devices, though a keyboard on Glass does seem a little odd a concept.

Google Glass has little by way of interface options, beyond a small touchpad, motion sensor and a camera, but using these in concert, Minuum have nonetheless produced a working keyboard for the Glass platform. You can type using the touchpad, or by subtle head movements. You can see this shown off in the video below:

There’s even some proof-of-concept stuff in there too, including tracking eye movement for typing, using a secondary interface such as a ring, or even keys overlaid on your hand, arm or something else.

Do you use Minuum keyboard? How do you find it, and would you use it on Glass?

I wonder how long it will be, before there is an augmented reality overlay keyboard, which tracks your finger movements on a virtual keyboard to let you Swype in mid air, without needing the keyboard to appear to be being projected on a physical surface.
