Sony ramps up the teasers for their IFA 2014 announcements

With IFA 2014 set to start next week, the teasers are coming thick and fast, most of the OEMs are due to make their announcements prior to the actual start of the conference which begins on the 5th of September. We’ve seen teasers from a number of companies for IFA, but today it’s Sony’s turn, with the company releasing a video promo for their September 3 announcement.

The video is titled The time to ‘Demand Great is coming #XperiaDetails’ and you’ll find the video features many ‘3’ references, obviously teasing their Xperia Z3 line of devices, which this year will see three devices released according to rumour, the Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact – all of which you can apparently see in the title shot above.

I picked up a few things here after the 40 second mark; FIRST SCREEN 1. the phone will be 7mm thick (found it where it says 7MM) and be 6.14 inches (06:14) SECOND SCREEN There are a few possibilities here; 1. it could have 8 cores (8c) 2. u1 could be for the sd card (u1, after 8c) 3. It could consist of copper (Cu) 4. 128 gb of storage 5. 2800mHz processor (28:00, after u1) or a 1.2gHz processor (1:2). 6.
