TuneIn Radio update brings Chromecast support


A new update to the TuneIn Radio app on Google Play has added Chromecast support, allowing you to stream your local and international radio stations – along with various different news, music and sports podcasts – to whatever device you’ve plugged your Chromecast into. As a bonus, the update also brings some Material Design elements to the UI.

TuneIn announced the Chromecast support feature on Twitter, and are offering followers the chance to go in the draw to win 1 of 5 Chromecasts if they follow and reweet:

It seems like TuneIn is dragging their heels on updating the Pro versions, but we’re sure it’ll happen soon enough. Update It looks like the updated Pro version is now available.
