Google is all about showing off new features for their apps, but they’ve also been known to get into some cross promotion for upcoming movies. As part of the lead up to the launch of animated movie Zootopia, Google has shown off Zoogle Photos, a version of Google Photos for the world of Zootopia.

The features are the same, but it’s an amusing twist – and the movie looks like a lot of fun as well. The blurb for Zoogle Photos says:

The animals of Zootopia are just like us. Whether human, giraffe, or gerbil, we all need a way to easily manage and share our photos and videos.

Zootopia is set to hit cinemas on March 17th so we may see some more cross promotion between now and then.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
