Google will help you decorate your home or get decked out for a night out with their new search

Google Search
On the back of their announcement of Fashion Week integration in search, Google has today announced a new inclusion called ‘Shop the Look’ designed to help you find new apparel and home decor.

The Shop the Look feature will associate searches with products, with retailers, designers and bloggers able to create a shopping campaign based on a look. For example, a picture of a model in an outfit and accessories can be tagged to show the complete look with accessories and outfit listed with pricing etc. – Google will of course charge based on ad-clicks for activity on these ads.

Google has brought on board, Polyvore and Curalate to kick it off, testing the feature only in the US on mobile devices, but will expand to other markets soon.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
