LG Watch Urbane and LG G Watch R owners your Android Wear 2.0 update is rolling out

Android Wear 2.0 is starting to roll out quite widely now, with more watches apparently receiving the update. Today it’s the LG G Watch R and LG Watch Urbane (Gen 1) owners reporting in.

There are several reports on reddit in the /r/AndroidWear subreddit of users receiving the update, though no such ‘official’ notice has appeared on Google’s Android Wear support forum as we’ve seen previously.

It’s a slow rollout, thankfully the enterprising users who have updated their watches also captured the link to the OTA, so if you’re in the mood to flash your watch with the latest update you can download the update here:

There’s still a long list of watches who haven’t begun receiving the Android Wear 2.0 update as yet – we’re looking at you Motorola, Huawei, Michael Kors, Asus – but those shouldn’t hopefully be too far away.
Have you received your update to Android Wear 2.0?

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress and IFA.

How do i uninstall 2.0? Im really really not loving this. Its pretty much turned my smart watch into a watch 🙁 There is not a single thing I like about the new OS. So much so that i will not buy a new watch with this current generation of OS.
