Print your own Android Valentines Day card for your SO thanks to Android Foundry

Valentines Day is fast approaching, and what better way to tell your significant other you appreciate them than by printing out an Android themed Valentines Day card. Andrew Bell, the artist behind the Android Mini figurines has created the series of four cards, that can be downloaded in PDF or JPG format to print on your home printer. It's a bit geeky and I'm not sure my wife would appreciate it, but if your partner is an Android fan you can jump on over to the Android Foundry website, choose your design and print. Google releases a great Google Play commercial – but won’t let you see it officially.

I love most of what Google does, but as a consumer, they frustrate the hell out of me sometimes; for the most part it's their @GooglePlay on Twitter and Google+ accounts which frustrate me a lot, mostly when they post about an offer that is geo-locked to the US. It's become common to see banners on links from these accounts along the lines of: At a core level, I and all the other Android users understand this forced geo-blocking, it's frustrating but we have no control at the moment as it seems to be agreed that... Google pulls privacy feature from Android, says it was accidentally added

Google's recently added privacy feature, dubbed App Ops, which was able to allow users to install apps while preventing the installed app from collecting sensitive data has is now gone in Android 4.4, according to reports. The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) questioned Google over the removal of the feature, and Google responded stating the feature had been released by accident and was experimental. The EFF, who are advocating for the consumer, are not at all happy with Google's response and believe the explanation they were provided doesn’t justify the removal of this critical feature. Google’s concern for privacy or lack thereof... Continue reading
