Vine for Android now available for download on Google Play

Twitter’s six-second video creation app, Vine, is now available for download on Google Play. The once iOS-only app allows you to create six second videos that loop infinitely. You can either record short snippets within the six seconds instead of shooting one entire six second video, although you can do that if you wish.
