Android 2.1 available for Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro from Telstra

If you’ve found yourself owning a Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro from Telstra, you can now update your little device to Android 2.1 which will bring plenty of performance increases and UI improvements, as well as bumping your version number up .5 places.

The update will take place with the aid of Sony Ericsson’s PC Companion software (PC only, I think). So if you’re free this evening, there’s something that can fill up your time.

Unbelievable that the x10 mini would receive the update before the ‘flagship’ x10. Really shows where telstras priorities lay!

Any idea if this is available OTA at other carriers, in comparison?
