Duke Nukem 3D now available on the Android Market

Fans of old-school Duke Nukem 3D, it’s time to celebrate. The game is available for purchase — at $0.99 — and download off the Android Market. I’m not even going to explain to people what Duke Nukem is as that would be some type of blasphemy. The game hasn’t been getting the ravest of reviews on the Android Market as the controls can be a bit shoddy at times, however it brings back memories. Hit the source link to get a piece of Duke.

The first episode is ~ 10 levels if my memory serves me correct (stretching it about 15 years now 🙂

I have to say, I didn’t notice any ads in the game.. but the controls are about as good as you can expect. It was designed for kb & mouse and trying to replicate that on a touch only device I think sucks…

I imagine it would be pretty sweet on the Xperia Play though..
