I’ll keep it short and sweet…
If you have even the vaguest possibility of needing to edit MS Office docs, spreadsheets or Powerpoint shows while you’re on the move go to the play store right now and buy this app!

It’s normally $14.99 but until tomorrow it’s $2.87

The play store can do the sell job on you since they’re not paying me to do it, but the long story short is you can view/edit

  • doc/x files
  • xls/x files
  • pdf files
  • ppt files
  • csv files
  • eml
  • Plus a stack more, it happily integrates with Google Docs an Dropbox so it’s well worth the investment particularly if you’re using it on a tablet.

Bought Smart Office 2 when it was on sale (think it was just under $2?) the other day but forgot to try it out in the refund window, and it turns out it wasn’t as good as Kingsoft (which is free). I don’t know if I need a third option but the UI looks pretty decent.

Thanks for the heads up, I normally prefer to use quickoffice, but at that price, I’d just buy it now in case I’d want to change over in the future or quickoffice screws me over.

Thanks for the heads up Phil. Awesome app and loving it!
