Today’s apps include one which I won’t put in the table, it’s for an app called Word Lens. It offers the ability to translate from English ⇆ Spanish, English ⇆ French, English ⇆ Italian and also in reverse using the camera on your phone, which makes it great for translating signs, menus or anything written down. The reason I’m including it as ‘on-sale’ is that their blog advises that the language packs are on-sale for $4.99 each until July 22nd, the Play store link includes one free language pack and there is no indication of how much the packs will be after that date. If you`re planning on travelling anywhere those languages are common I suggest grabbing it and trying it out.

Freebies for today, try out this game Shopping Cart Hero 2, I played the flash version of this game ages ago and had an immense amount of fun with it, it’s basically jumping a shopping trolley and performing various tricks on it during the jump. Ratings vary from 1 to 5 stars so it may be dependent on your device but if it works it’s a fun game.

I usually like to keep a static wallpaper on my phone due to the power drain that is associated, however occasionally I like to try out new ones and here’s one that appealed to me Steampunk Droid Free Wallpaper it’s a free version of their wallpaper, the full version for $1.25 offers different colours and options so if you like the style, check that out too.

HDR Camera+ HDR Camera Real life scenes often have a wide range of light intensity, which cannot be captured by a camera. The HDR technique allows you to capture details in bright and dark areas and have them merged in a single photo. $4.25 $2.56
Hand and Foot The card game Hand and Foot is often compared to Canasta and Rummy, but it is uniquely challenging and fun! In Hand and Foot, each player is dealt two decks of cards: one ‘hand’ and one ‘foot’. The object of the game is to build melds of cards to form ‘books’ which are groups of seven or more cards, score as many points as possible, and play all of the cards in your hand and foot decks as quickly as possible. $1.99 $0.99
