Asus has rolled out Jelly Bean to one of their Transformer tablets already the TF300 and Asus owners have been patiently waiting for news of the update being rolled out to other models ever since, now it appears that Asus has begun rolling out the Jelly Bean update to users in Sweden. The update was announced via the Asus Facebook page, considerations for the OTA upgrade is that it kills Wi-Di and also removes Flash although Asus has kindly provided a link to get the Flash APK.

Whilst these rollouts tend to be staggered across various regions, I’ve asked Asus Australia for comment on the update but haven’t heard back as yet. If in the meantime you see the Jelly Bean update for your Transformer prime, tweet us or email us.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

ASUS Malaysia just announced a few hours ago that they will start rolling out Jelly Bean to Transformer Prime and Transformer Infinity very soon. So hopefully aussie will also follow alongside all the other countries and not be a motorola.
