Daily App Sales Roundup – 16-10-12

By Jason Murray

Google Play has an App Focus on Personalization at the moment. It features apps that Tavares Ford the Merchandising Manager for Google Play uses to personalise his Android, things such as Live Wallpapers, Launchers and Widgets. There’s a few freebies like the Koi Live Wallpaper there which look alright if you’re into Live Wallpapers but I personally have just found them to be a bit of a battery drain. Check it out and let me know in the comments what you think should be added to the list.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Or a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

Before discovering the Nexus One, Jason thought he didn't need a smartphone. Now he can't bear to be without his Android phone. Jason hails from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane depending on his mood and how detailed a history you'd like. A web developer by day with an interest in consumer gadgets and electronics, he also enjoys reading comics and has a worryingly large collection of Transformers figures. He'd like to think he's a gamer, but his Wii has been in a box since he moved to Sydney, and his PlayStation Vita collection is quite lacking. Most mornings you'll find him tilting at various windmills on Twitter - follow @JM77 and say hi!
