Feeling like you over-indulged over the last couple of days? Try the Calorie Counter by FatSecret. The Google Play Twitter account has recommended this one, I haven’t given it a go yet but I probably need to after the last few days, it looks to be a simple tracker for calories in your diet, it says it includes a barcode scanner which would be helpful but I tend to find most of these apps are US centric and none of our barcodes scanned actually work. Still worth a try, check it out and let us know what you think.

Just a note on this, for a supposed Top Developer and as a recommendation from the Google Play team the requirements section doesn’t make a lot of sense :
Current Version:
Varies with device
Requires Android:
Varies with device
Varies with device
Still I guess you can always try it and see, I understand why they’ve written the current version and size as that but surely they could give a minimum version?

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

I could never get Fat Counter to work properly and when it did the database was pretty lacking. I much prefer Calorie Counter by MyFitnessPal.
