Samsung Experience Store

Hello fellow Melbournians! Did you know that Samsung is bringing a store to Melbourne, so it’s not just those pesky peeps up in Sydney having all the fun? Well neither did I until this afternoon. Gizmodo Australia has uncovered that Samsung are opening a store at Highpoint Shopping Centre that’s expected to open in mid-March.

The store will be a place where you can play around with a range of Samsung products and accessories before you dive in to buy, or leave to buy something else.

i was in this store for 20 minutes last week, and not one samsung shop assistant asked if I wanted help. It may look like an apple store, but that doesnt extend to copying apples customer service…….
