Biggest app news of the day so far was the release of the new version of the running game Temple Run, Temple Run 2 is now available in the Google Play Store -for free, after it launched last week on iOS and it’s just as good as the original but with new powerups, obstacles and areas.

The app requires Android 2.1 and upwards and is 33MB to download, give it a go if you haven’t played any of the Temple Run games and see how you go.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
