In the US it’s Groundhog day, some sort of festival they hold whereby a rodent is pulled out of a hole and made to look for his shadow, which will in turn affect the length of winter, not one to judge but the holiday did bring out an excellent movie : Groundhog Day which you can rent for $3.99 or buy for $7.99 in Google Play.

If you want to go continue the Groundhog Day theme once you’ve actually downloaded or watched the movie, you can get the Soundboard it looks like a pretty basic app but it’s free and not too bad for what it is. It’s available for devices running Android 1.5 and upwards and it’s only 1.9MB to download, give it a go.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.
