As usual with all these Aldi Tablets they WILL sell out quickly, so if you want one get in early next Saturday. Bear in mind that these tablets are certainly cheap and not as well built/engineered as a major brand name but they do like to pack a fair amount into them, so for a budget conscious family these are actually a pretty good deal.

I use the 3G card when away from home and WiFi at home I put in a 32g micro SD card and I find the batt life is surprisingly good.. I only need to charge it every couple of days with a fair amount of use each day. So this time they got it right. A great value tablet. I also got the bluetooth keyboard case, but I much prefer to just use the tablet and a slip in wet suit type of cover.… Read more »

From the Whirlpool thread discussing this latest Aldi tablet – http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=2056759 – It apparently has a 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A9 MTK8377 Dual Core Processor with the 2006 vintage SGX531 GPU. Oh dear.
