It’s Sunday, so why not load up a new Google Reader client : Press (Google Reader) and lie in and read some news. It’s a great looking app and has actually been my go to Google Reader client for a while now – Google really should update their app – simply import your Google Reader list and you’re good to go. There’s offline support, it’s very easy to navigate and there’s a YouTube player built in.

Available for $2.84 from Google Play, it’s a great app and only 2.4MB in size, you’ll need a device running Android 4.0 and upwards though but that’s getting more and more common now, try it out and see what you think.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

Does Press support title text? (on a non touchscreen, it’s the popup that appears when you hover the mouse over an image. In Google’s reader it’s in the context menu when you long press an image)
That’s really the only reason I’m still using Google Reader…
