I`m currently trying out Moon+ Reader Pro. I have been a pretty big Aldiko advocate for a while for ebook reading, however I saw that Moon Reader includes sync with Dropbox and as I switch devices fairly regularly this appealed to me.

The interface takes some getting used to, but it’s worth it, you have a fair bit of control over the way you read books and there’s very little in the way of animations. There’s a number of different themes including Day/Night themes, although these themes are configurable. I’m still trying out the Cloud Sync however it appears to be pretty good.

The app supports a pretty wide range of formats including all the standard formats : ePub, PDF, Mobi, CHM, UMD, FB2, TXT, HTM/HTML and OPDS as well as compressed files such as ZIP and RAR and also supports comic book formats of CBR and CBZ

There’s a free version Moon+ Reader but you don’t get the cloud sync capabilities, or you can purchase the Moon+ Reader Pro version for $4.99. You require Android 2.2 and upwards and it’s a 5.7MB Download but so far it seems pretty promising.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.
