If you’re a fan of TheVerge as most of us here are then you’ll be well aware of Paul Miller and his year long offline experiment which is due to end shortly. Just how shortly? Well, why not download the Paul Miller Is Offline and you’ll be able to tell exactly when.

The Dev has made the project available as an open source project with the code available over on GitHub if you want to have a look at it or even better, add improvements.

Available for devices running Android 2.2 and upwards it’s a tiny 314KB to download and there’s no fee, it’s free.
Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
