It’s that time of year when the ‘summer’ blockbusters are opening in theatres, well it’s winter but you know what I mean. The official tie-in game for the movie Epic has just been released by Gameloft.

Before you go any further, like other Gameloft titles Ice Age and RIO this is a Freemium game. You’re going to get some free play out of it but to really proegress and build your own Jinn kingdom you’ll have to fork out some real money. The game has bosses and mini-games to keep you occupied and it’s got Facebook integration to help you keep your gameplay social.

An 18MB game, which is free to download it’s available on devices running Android 2.3 and upwards. Check out the trailer down below, looks like a good movie, even if freemium games aren’t your thing.
