The zoo keepers over at Taronga Zoo have been given the opportunity to try out Google Glass, they´ve just posted a Youtube video showing off a Keepers eye perspective of the koalas, eagles, giraffe as well as a sooty owl and their enclosures.

Overall the keepers seem to be pretty taken with Glass and there is some great video that could only be captured by staff who are able to get up close and personal with these amazing animals. There are practical applications as the keepers note in the video including, transferring valuable information to other keepers as well as being able to use both hands while recording.

See what you think of the Day at the zoo through Google Glass :

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

Would be great if they had screens set up around and have glass start a hangout with it so the audience gets a 1st person view.
