I use Carbon for Twitter from dots & lines as my main Twitter client, oh sure I have the official Twitter app installed, but mainly to get interactions and I have various others – Falcon Pro, Tweet Lanes, Twheel – but I keep using Carbon as my main client.

The developer behind Carbon, lives in the United Arab Emirates and is unfortunately unable to accept payments as Google has not extended the service to that country, so it’s free but I feel bad using a client that I feel is really good and still receives support and updates. In the latest update, they announced via Twitter that they have actually set up a Paypal account to accept donations. If you’re a regular user of Carbon for Twitter, I suggest you show your appreciation and jump over to their PayPal site and make a donation. I did and I feel better now, knowing that I supported a developer who’s made a great app.
