LG G2 - Hero
The LG G2 is due to be released at an event in New York tonight at around 1am Australian Eastern Standard Time but that hasn’t stopped the continued leaks, this time the press shots for the device have been shown thanks to @evleaks.

The shots shown in the gallery below show off the back and front of the device in the best detail seen so far. The back mounted buttons and on-screen soft keys are two of the biggest new introductions to the LG range and it will be interesting to see how these pan out.
The LG Optimus G, the forerunner for the G2 was an extremely good phone that was released here a little too late to really capture a massive audience. The rumours of a September launch in most countries would certainly be a welcome change. We’ll have all the news on the LG G2 for you tomorrow, or join us for the Live Stream that will be appearing on the LG G2 website.

Are you excited for the LG G2?

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

Geez it’s a good looker too.. let’s hope LG doens’t take 6 months to launch it here like the original Optimus G!

I hope the nextus is based on this phone.
