Telstra quick to say “me too” — Announces Galaxy S4 Mini is coming

Galaxy S4 Active and Mini

Look at the right-hand side of that image. That’s a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, and hot on the heels of Optus’ announcement yesterday that the Galaxy S4 Mini would launch supporting their new 4G/LTE networks, Telstra has also announced that it will be ranging the Galaxy S4 Mini too.

There’s not an awful lot of information on Telstra’s Exchange blog on the subject, beyond a little bit of an overview of the specs, and some touting of Telstra’s 4G network as being the best (though we’re not so sure about that anymore). Telstra does have an expression of interest form, though, which you can use to receive direct information about the Galaxy S4 Mini on Telstra closer to the available date.

What do you think? Are you interested in the S4 Mini from Telstra?

He saw the transition from AMPS to GSM, loved the Motorola StarTac, and got into Palm technologies in a big way. The arrival some years later of the original iPhone, and then the early Androids, awoke a new interest in mobile technology, and Chris has been writing about it since.
