Daily App Sales Roundup – 22-08-13

I received this recommendation from Jeni Skunk, one of our regular Ausdroid commenters – Froggy. Froggy is a non-official Frogger port which is exactly as I remember playing it on Arcade machines. I remember playing this for hours at various arcades and now you can attempt to get the amphibian across the busy road, river and into his home.

The game is pretty basic, use the D-pad in the lower right hand side of the screen to navigate forward/backwards and left/right. You get 3 lives and each level is timed.

It’s an ad-supported game that’s free on Google Play, the ads aren’t too obtrusive and at 3.2MB it’s a small way to get your retro fix for the day.

Found a good deal on an app you’d like to share? Are you an Australian developer with an app you would like reviewed? Or have you found a most expensive app on the Play Store? Let me know! You can tweet me or email me.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
