Telstra offering free Galaxy Gears for Note 3 pre-orders

telstra-gear

Telstra really want people to get online and pre-order for the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 3. So much so, Telstra are now offering would-be purchasers a free Galaxy Gear smartwatch, valued at $369 RRP, for anyone who pre-orders on an $80 plan or above.

If you want this, and you might well, then you don’t have too long to think about it: the offer will expire on 17 October, unless withdrawn earlier (i.e. if everyone else pre-orders and gets their Gear before you, you might miss out).

We’re not going to advocate for any particular carrier, they all have their own value proposition and selling points, and Telstra certainly aren’t the first to throw in the Gear for free, but this is certainly something to check out if you’re after the Note 3 and Telstra is your thing.

I was tempted by this! FYI it only applies to 24 month contracts, no free Gear on a 12 month contract.
