Google has updated their support page for Australian retailers who sell Google Play Gift Cards. We’ve seen them since last August in Woolworths, Big W, Woolworths Fuel and 7-eleven, and more recently in Target, Coles, JB Hifi, Australia Post and Officeworks, but they’ve now completed the list.

The complete list of retailers the Gift Cards are available from consists of :

  • Woolworths
  • Big W
  • Caltex/Woolworths Fuel
  • 7-Eleven
  • Coles
  • Coles Express
  • JB Hi-Fi
  • Australia Post
  • K-Mart
  • Target
  • Game Traders
  • Officeworks
  • ToysRUs

With that many retailers, there’s plenty of competition in the market and we know what happens with iTunes gift cards. Time to start checking your catalogues for sales on Google Play Gift Cards – and don’t forget to let us know if you see them on-sale.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

I swear whenever I go to a Woolies or Coles I can’t find them.

Really, that’s painful. They have been available at Woolies Marrickville Metro for ages and have seen them in a number of stores around Sydney

I’m from Brisbane. I think I have only seen them a few times.

I see them constantly at WW an Coles around Darwin. I think the Play logo actually makes them stand out a lot more than most cards.
