Nexus 5 - trio - black
If you’ve been waiting for a price drop to hit the Nexus 5 similar to the Nexus 4 price drop that we got last year, well it hasn’t happened – yet. What we do have is retailer Mobile Citi offering a deal on the 16GB Nexus 5 in black, for just $359 with free shipping.

It’s Australian stock, with A-Tick certification. To claim one – there’s a limit of 2 per customer – you’ll need to use the code ‘359NEXUS5‘. This is a pretty decent deal for a brand new Nexus 5, with the Play Store still charging $399 as well as a $19.95 shipping fee – that’s nearly a $60 saving.

The Nexus 5 is still a great phone and is the go to phone for many people when recommending a new phone at a great price. Head on over to the Mobile Citi website.

Thanks: John.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.

Regardless of what their website or customer service rep says. Expect a 4 to 6 week wait before they ship anything, nexus or otherwise. They seem to have some (cough..) staffing issues.
