Telstra Christmas Deal
The shops are starting to fill with the ephemera associated with Christmas, and it seems that Telstra is ramping up for Christmas with the launch of a new offer which gives you a $20 Google Play Gift Voucher with purchase of a ‘selected’ phone.

The offer applies to a selected range of Telstra pre-paid phones including the Samsung GALAXY Ace 3, Samsung GALAXY Trend Plus, Samsung Galaxy Young and the Telstra Tempo. The offer only applies to phones purchased and activated by the 26th of January 2015. The $20 Google Play Gift Voucher will be delivered to you to redeem through Google Play before February 23rd.

  1. Follow the prompts on how to activate your SIM in your Telstra Pre-Paid Welcome Guide included together with your new SIM card or visit Telstra.com/activate.
  2. Once you have activated your SIM, Type *#06# into your new Pre-Paid phone, this will display your phone’s IMEI number on the screen.
  3. SMS your IMEI number to 810 from your Pre-Paid phone to receive your voucher code.

If you’re interested in taking up the offer, you can grab the phones from a Telstra retailer or from their online store and then follow the directions above to get your voucher, or check the Telstra offer page.
