Twitter continues to improve their video sharing service, Vine, this time adding the ability to favourite users and receive notifications as they upload new Vines.

The update, which is slowly filtering through to users through Google Play as well as to users on iOS, enables users to favourite users by simply tapping a star icon in the corner of the users profile. Once starred, you’ll get a push notification whenever that person posts something new.

Users can also manage all theirr favorites from the settings menu, so if you ever lose interest in a user or no longer want to get notifications at all, simply head in there and de-select as you wish.

It’s a pretty simple update, but it’s one which Vine users have been asking for. The update is rolling out now, so head over to Google Play and check your updates, or if you’re a Twitter user and want to try sharing video, install it now.
