Aldi is back at it again, offering not one, but two new mobile phones for sale as of this Saturday, the 21st of February. The Onix branded phones are fairly mid-range in specs with a fairly compact form-factor to match.
The phones are priced at $129 each and despite some differences in design appear to have fairly similar specs. The Tempo Australia website (Australian distributors of Onix products) doesn’t appear to list either phone, so the specs supplied on the Aldi website will have to suffice.

Both phones come with a 1 Year Warranty, and should also be covered by the Aldi 60-Day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re interested in either phone, they go on-sale this Saturday the 21st of February at your local Aldi store.
Bonus:
Looks like you can pick up a Bluetooth enabled ‘Selfie Stick’ for $14.99 and a 32GB microSD Card for $17.99 while you’re at it.
The ability to access sim cards has disappeared so I can’t even used a sim repair kit. Real peculiar that both sims have lost connectivity together. anyone else had this problem and found an answer???
Hi I got the Android Onix. Does anyone know what the phone is before rebrand? I want to buy a case and temper glass screen
Got Windows phone, looks nice, but have issues while on a call, it makes crackling noise and drops the call. I want to say it is good, but this phone doesn’t deserve after experiencing this issue everyday.
Hey they may be dual sim but the Aldi web site says only 2G! This sucks in comparison with 2013 offer of 3G smart phone for only $20 more.
Right? You can buy a Lumia 520 for $29.00 straight from Microsoft.
You can use an ALIDmobile SIM card in any network unlocked handset that is compatible with the 850Mhz and 2100 Mhz frequencies.Sim 1 is 3G where available, dropping to 2G if no 3G.
Sim 2 might only be 2G.
How much System Ram do this phones have? There is no mention of this.
