Nvidia has been providing developer tools for their Shield line for a long time with Nvidia Gameworks, but they’re expanding that support to all Android devices with Android Works.

Gameworks has previously been focused on Tegra based devices in the Shield line, but Nvidia seems to want to encompass all development now. Android Works will allow developers to access a suite of developer tools that Nvidia has created, which makes creating gaming experiences easier.

There’s a comprehensive list of Tools on offer, as well as a comprehensive run-down on Android Works on the Nvidia developer page. Nvidia promises that Android Works will be updated frequently, and the suite of tools provided includes a robust debugging tool so developers spend more time developing and not worrying about bugs.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
