Google Play Families free app of the week has been updated for the week, and this week, Google and Sago Sago are offering Sago Mini Space Explorer.

The game is normally worth $3.99, but if you click this link in the Google Play Families section, you can install it for free.

Sago Mini Space Explorer sees you blasting into space in a flying saucer as Harvey the dog where you’ll play amongst the stars, jetting around making new alien friends. The game, is a family friendly game aimed at toddlers and preschoolers.

The game features an easy to use finger based control system that your kids should be able to navigate themselves, and with more than 30 animations for your kids to discover, it should keep them entertained for hours on end.

As a Google Play Game Family app recommendation, it’s good to see that once you’ve installed it there’s no in-app purchases or third-party advertisements included in the game.

Sago Sago say about their games :

Our team of designers and developers create apps that children love and parents trust. We build on kids’ natural sense of wonder, creativity and curiosity to make apps that are safe, positive and fun. Sago Mini are the ideal first apps for your little one.
