Bond movie collections going cheap on Play Movies

Daniel Craig Collection

Fancy yourself a bit of a Bond Buff? Perhaps you just fancy yourself a bit of Sean Connery or Daniel Craig? Either way, Play Movies have another great deal going at the moment for Bond buffs with The Sean Connery Collection and The Daniel Craig Collection. The Sean Connery Collection includes four of his appearances as Bond; Dr No, Goldfinger, Thunderball and You Only Live Twice while the Daniel Craig collection packs in his appearances as James Bond 007 in Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace and Skyfall; in my honest opinion three very good Bond flicks.

The best bit about these bundles is the fact that if you jump on now instead of paying AU$71.96 for the Connery classics or AU$53.97 for the Daniel Craig Collection ($44.97 if you buy them separately – figure that one out…), you’ll only pay AU$29.99 for either collection. Keep your eyes on Play Movies for other collection specials; personally I’m waiting for the Roger Moore movies or (Google are you listening?) a complete Bond Collection.

Have Google snagged any of your hard earned with the recent spate of movies on special?

The movies cost $124.94 if purchased individually from Google Play or you can buy the Star Wars Colleciton for $109.99: https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/Star_Wars_The_Digital_Movie_Collection?id=zzTzwoZy_uc

It also includes a bunch of bonus content/

With so many repeats of these on Free to Air, why bother.

Two letters: H and D. Sick of crappy SD playback on Free to Air

Because I hate the way free to air channels edit these movies to fit f*&^ing adverts in and I can then watch them when I want to 🙂
