Docs - Sheets
Google has announced a couple of new updates for their Sheets and Docs for Android with new commenting and charts functions, and Sheets users will be able to access the more than 400 new fonts added to the web version of Sheets earlier this week.

The update to Sheets for Android allows users to add and reply to existing comments, while the Google Docs for Android update lets users to see comments and suggestions in the Print layout view; not only will they be able to see comments, they will also be able to ‘resolve, close, accept, or reject those comments and suggestions’.

The update to Sheets also includes some extra features for charts users, in this latest update ‘if a user a selects a single cell and inserts a chart, we’ll automatically expand that data selection to include the immediately surrounding cells’. When creating a new chart, three recommended chart types will be suggested based on the data selected.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
