Google Play Music is one of the big players in the music streaming market. Sitting alongside names like Spoitfy and Apple Music they have a huge music catalogue that is sure to please even the most eclectic of listeners.

Back in October, Google began allowing you to gift 1, 3 or 6 months of Google Play Music to other people and with Christmas right around the corner, they’re reminding users that you can give the gift of music to your friends through both Google Play on the Web and through the Google Play Music app.

For anyone who subscribes, it really is a great gift for someone to cover your music for a month or longer so if you’ve got mates you’re not sure what to get for Christmas get onto the Play Store and cover their music subscription.

What options would you like to see appear for gifting on the Play Store?
