Movie rental deals on Google Play

Screen Shot 2016-01-04 at 6.03.29 pm
Google Play is kicking off the new year with a new deal for movie lovers giving them the opportunity to rent a range of movies from just $1.99 each.

The new deal for movie rentals can also be used in conjunction with the free movie rental offered to Chromecast owners and the 75% off movie deal they launched last month, bringing the price of a rental down to a mere 50c – though this deal expires today so get in fast.

There’s a good selection of movies to choose from in the offer, with what appears to be a focus on clasics, but movies range from The Wizard of Oz through to The Transporter and Speed, and a whole heap more. Its worth a look if you’re after something to watch and you have a 30 day window to watch most of the movies listed once you rent them.

Head over to Google Play movies and check out the offer now.

Dan is a die-hard Android fan. Some might even call him a lunatic. He's been an Android user since Android was a thing, and if there's a phone that's run Android, chances are he owns it (his Nexus collection is second-to-none) or has used it.

Dan's dedication to Ausdroid is without question, and he has represented us at some of the biggest international events in our industry including Google I/O, Mobile World Congress, CES and IFA.
