Kingston announces new MobileLite products – mobile Battery pack and USB storage on the go.

Kingston MobileLite
Memory maker Kingston, has today announced two new products in their wireless family of products, introducing the MobileLite Wireless G3 and MobileLite Wireless Pro.

These latest MobileLite products give users the option to both charge their phones and back up photos, videos and other data locally from their phones without needing cloud or local PC access. Access to storage is through the USB port, as well as an included SD card slot as well as a wireless option with both units including mobile HotSpot technology and Dual-Band WiFi and support for Wireless AC for faster transfer speeds.

The MobileLite G3 includes a 5,400 mAh battery, while the Wireless Pro includes a 6,700 mAh battery as well as 64GB of inbuilt storage. Data can be accessed using the Kingston MobileLite app – which is free to download from Google Play.

Nathan Su, Flash Memory Sales Director, APAC Region, Kingston said of the new MobileLite devices

MobileLite Wireless G3 and Pro are great for iOS and Android mobile device users on the go. We’ve increased the battery capacity for charging and introduced a new Pro version with on-board memory for even more convenient access to extra storage. Users no longer have to worry about having enough battery life or storage on their smartphones and tablets.

Kingston backs both the new MobileLite devices with a 2-year warranty. Retail availability for the new MobileLite devices hasn’t been announced as yet, but we’ll be keen to follow this up with pricing and retailers when available.
