Android N

The second major version of Google’s Android N developer preview has been out for a little while now and we’ve been trawling through the latest build searching for what’s new or different. First cab off the rank is not a major change but actually a handy one, and hopefully, a signal that more such options may be coming to stock Android.

As of the Dev Preview 2 quick access to the calculator app can now be added to the customisable Quick settings menu.

Once you get Android N, and assuming this feature stays, simply hit the edit button in the quick settings menu, drag up the calculator and you’re done.

Hopefully, this is an indication that more customisation and options may be coming to the quick settings.

What would you like to add to your quick settings? Let us know below
