Yesterday I wrote a piece about a non-staged photos of the G6’s back that had been leaked. Now, less than 24 hours on it seems that even more LG G6 pictures have leaked, and I have to say they look rather great.

Korean site UnderKG, which has been the sources for previous leaks, managed to obtain the images from an anonymous tipster. These pics fit with previously leaked images, with the previously leaked images possibly being cropped from these ones. Check them out below and see for yourself.

As can be seen in the above images there is the SIM/microSD (possibly) slot on one side and volume keys on the other. We can see a single speaker grill at the bottom indicating the location of a mono bottom firing speaker, dual rear camera setup and USB Type-C port at the bottom. LG have also included the headphone jack which is a very welcome inclusion.

The devices seems to be a metal unibody design which is very popular (and with good reason) at the moment which is a tad confusing as the leak yesterday made the back look plasticky. Maybe yesterday is a polished metal?

One thing for sure is that LG will be revealing all about this device on February 26 prior to MWC in Barcelona. It looks to be a great piece of hardware but what will be interesting is their software onboard, having failed fairly spectacularly in recent years.

Anyone looking forward to this phone? OR are you holding out to see what Huawei, HTC and Samsung have to offer first?

It looks ok , but after owning the G5 , I think I’d wait for some G6 units to be sold and used for a while and see if any issues pop up before contemplating buying another LG phone.

I never had problems with my stock marshmallow on my g3. So I cannot understand what this meant “having failed spectacularly”
